Nigel Sharp
With over 16 years of industry experience and knowledge, founder and director Nigel Sharp has transacted for a long list of local and global blue-chip names.
Nigel has held senior positions at a number of global agencies in the Northern Territory and South Australia, fostering his understanding of commercial property operations and guiding his clients through to positive outcomes.
After more than a decade working for large agencies including Colliers International, Knight Frank and CBRE, Nigel was drawn to being a part of Darwin’s future growth by starting his own independent, commercial focussed property business.
Nigel’s commercial property expertise, combined with his unwavering skill in connecting the dots and seizing opportunities, gives NTC Property the ability to provide trusted expert guidance on all commercial property matters.
Nigel was awarded Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory (REINT) Salesperson of the Year in 2013, 2014, 2015.
Natalia Sharp
Natalia brings invaluable skills to NTC Property after more than 17 years working across a range of marketing roles. Having held positions in property, education and not-for-profit sectors, Natalia is skilled in developing and executing marketing and media campaigns, brand management and events. The organisations she has worked for include Colliers Darwin, Pellicano Group (Melbourne), the University of Adelaide and Vinnies. Natalia also excels in the development and design of on-brand marketing collateral. Her dedication and commitment to successful outcomes is an asset to NTC Property.
